Vice President	Steve Lux	Vice Chair of Arkansas Economic Development Commission, former Chair of the Arkansas Workforce Investment Board. Chair of the Saline County Republican Committee. Member of Benton and Bryant Chambers of Commerce. Board Member, Diamante Country Club. Retired Operations Vice President of a large manufacturing company.
Secretary	Janetta Kearney	Retired Attorney. Certified Mediator for LA City Attorney’s DRP, LA County Bias Policing Mediator and Peer Mediation LAUSD. In Hawaii, held positions as Director of Consumer Rights, Administrative Law Judge on health and social justice issues, Liaison to Hawaii legislature, Sr. Labor Relations mediator, negotiator and arbitrator on multiple agency disputes, and Commissioner on Hawaii’s Governor’s Commission on the Clean Needle Act. Executive Director of Kauai Cty. HIV/AIDS project. Founder of Kearney Consulting, Inc. which provided training, education and capacity-building, e.g. licensing a Children Defense Freedom Schools program, serving rural and underserved communities.
Treasurer	Rob Bowers	Former CPA, Arthur Andersen & Co., Construction Company Owner, Hot Springs Village POA Committee Chairman, Diamante Country Club Board Member.
At-Large	Corey Alderdice	Current Director of Arkansas School for Math, Science and the Arts (grades 10 – 12) in Hot Springs, a public residential school for gifted students and providing distance learning statewide, particularly for rural areas. Participated in building the Gatton Academy of Math and Sciences on the Western Kentucky campus. Served as counselor for the Center for Gifted Studies. Received a Masters in English from Bowling Green University and PhD. in Secondary Leadership. Named as one of the 40 under 40 in 2014 by Arkansas Business Magazine.
At-Large	Chip Broadbent	Retired Choral Director for 35 years in Norfolk Public Schools. Taught in Pulaski Co. Special School District where he served as Honors Festival Chair and Central Region Chair AR-ACDA. Chaired several committees for Virgnia Choral Directors and Virginia Music Educators Association. Served as National Chair of the Urban Music Leadership Conference Board. National Board Certified teacher in Early/Young Adult Music Education.
At-Large	Jim Dixon (Assistant Treasurer)	HS/HSV Symphony Guild Board Member & Membership Vice President, Board Member of Ouachita Speaker Series, Council Director – HSV Knights of Columbus. Former negotiating/purchasing executive in the hospitality industry with various hotel headquarter corporate offices.
At-Large	Suzanne Kuch	Current Board Member HS/HSV Symphony Guild and Ouachita Speaker Series (Treasurer). Member of the Hot Springs Village Community Foundation. Retired economic evaluation software developer in the oil and gas industry.

	Amy Thomasen	Development and Community Relations Officer for Arkansas Hospice, Hot Springs (retired) Founding Board member of the Imagination Library of the Ouachita, Former Chair, Veterans Community Partnership of the Ouachita, Founding Board member of Lifelong Learning Institute of Hot Springs Village, Board member and former President of the Ouachita Speakers Series Chairman, 2018 and 2019 for the Garland County Leadership Prayer Breakfast, and member of the Jessieville School District CTE Advisory Council, Member, Past President, Rotary Club of Hot Springs Village.
	Donna Toney	Former HS Music Festival Board Member (President), HS/HSV Symphony Guild Board Member and President, (Education Committee and Special Projects), current pianist/organist at Presbyterian Kirk in the Pines. 2011 LMTA Outstanding Teacher, 2012 MTNA Foundation Fellow. Former middle school choir director, piano instructor at Episcopal School of Baton Rouge, maintained a private piano studio, and was church musician in preschool/children/keyboard ministries.

Staff

Executive Director	Dr. Karen Bryan	Responsible for oversight of resident artists, curriculum writing, fundraising, partnerships and budget.
Program Manager – CA	Allison Clark	Responsible for scheduling, implementation, management, and evaluation of ongoing ALTTA programs in schools located primarily in Garland and Saline Counties.
Program Manager – Delta	Open	Responsible for scheduling, implementation, management, and evaluation of ongoing ALTTA programs in schools located primarily in Phillips County.
Development Administrator	Open	Supports ALTTA’s development initiatives and responsible for the administration of social media along with maintaining our donor tracking data base.
